We're a month into the New Year and Bayview Bar and Grill is going to be rallying for Mille Lacs Winterfest. We've got a great lineup of fun for you this month!

We've got Bingo every Thursday (6 pm) and Saturday (noon). Come for DJ Lake Jake on Saturday, Feb. 19th. Ice fishing is in full swing. We've got WI-FI for folks who want come in and check email. We are your south shore liquor headquarters!

Our six pull tab boxes paid out more than $33,000 in January and we're pushing to best that number this month with weekends that feature Arctic Blast, Ducks Unlimited Fishing Tourney, Perch Extravaganza and Garrison Ice Races at Mille Lacs. This is the month you truly wanna come visit!

Look for our new website coming soon. We'll be able to update you on all our dining, bar and liquor store specials. We'll also highlight our entertainment and social media programs and be able to tell our story. We're going higher tech to keep you informed of what's going on here!

We've got bingo on Thursdays at 6 and Saturdays at noon all winter long. If the fish aren't cooperating, we will. Grab a shower, some coffee and a towel for a couple bucks and life is good.

New Year's Eve means Steak and Lobster with salad bar for $18.95. DJ "Shaggy" will push you into the New Year. We also start our weekly Saturday Bingo on New Year's Day. We now sport Nordeast beer on tap and in the liquor store but it's flying off the shelves.

BayView Bar and Grill on Mille Lacs' Cove Bay is ready to rock in 2011!

We'll help you ease into the New Year with one of the Twin Cities' most popular beers -- Grain Belt's Nordeast. We've got it on tap at the View and may be able to get it in our full-service liquor store.

We've got a bevy of neat, new sweatshirts that are flying off the shelves. Get yours as a momento of your visit to Mille Lacs or as a regular supporter of the "View".

Bingo rolls to two days a week,starting New Year's Day (Saturday)at noon. We will have Thursday night bingo at 6 pm and Saturday bingo at noon through winter.

Our menu continues to have something for everyone and our liquor store is stocked and ready. Come on over to BayView Bar and Grill when you're at Mille Lacs fishing, snowmobiling, hunting, or just enjoying the scenery and arts!

BayView has alot going on around the holiday season.

We've just received a totally new line of Bayview Sweatshirts that are receiving rave reviews.

We continue with Bingo every Thursday night and start Saturday noon bingo on January 1st, continuing each Saturday through the ice fishing season.

BayView will be entering into Mega Bingo just after the New Year.

It's BayView's Chinese Mondays

Everybody always talks about the lack of a mom and pop restaurant on Mille Lacs that features authentic Chinese or Thai food. Well, a fix of sorts has been rolled out at BayView. You can find Chicken Rice Bowls, Chow Mein and Stir Fry all day Mondays that feature Thai Peanut and General Tso sauces. It's not mom and pop but it's a pretty good meal that you can augment with egg rolls and cheese wantons. Take it to go if you like by calling Jackie at 320-532-3936.

BayView is now featuring half-price appetizers during its happy hour from 4-6 pm 7 days a week. Come on in and see our team, have a beverage and enjoy the change of seasons on Cove Bay. We now also offer a Chinese Monday which includes egg rolls and cheese wantons. Join our Bingo entourage on Thursday nights at 6 pm both jackpot coveralls are $500. As ice fishing approaches, we've got your covered for food, a full-service liquor store and even showers ($5 for towel, shower and cup of coffee). BayView Idol Starts This Saturday Night

BayView Bar and Grill is putting on its own version of "American Idol", starting this Saturday night from 9 pm to 1 am. The top three karoake singers from this week's event advance to the finals on May 8th with a chance to win BayView gift cards. Those familiar with local "Idol" contests held at Izatys say that this should be a fun event with plenty of competition.
